ALL Accor Live Limitless is the loyalty program for Accor hotels, including Ibis, Novotel, Mövenpick, Pullman, Sofitel, Raffles and many others. I’ll tell you how to reach and renew Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond levels with Status Points and Status Nights, in order to benefit from advantages when you stay at the 4,000+ ALL Accor hotels around the world.

How to reach ALL Accor Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond status?

To acquire a status, ALL Accor Live Limitless members must accumulate a significant number of Status Points or Status Nights over the course of a calendar year (from 1 January to 31 December).

ALL Accor Live Limitless: Status Points or Status Nights to get or renew a status
ALL Accor status Status Points Status Nights
Silver 2,000 Status Points 10 Status Nights
Gold 7,000 Status Points 30 Status Nights
Platinum 14,000 Status Points 60 Status Nights
Diamond 26,000 Points Status

When he has accumulated the required Status Points or Status Nights, the Classic member is immediately upgraded to Silver status, with full benefits until the end of the current year. The counters are not reset at the change of level, so he can continue to climb in a straight line to the higher Gold, Platinum and Diamond statuses during the same qualification year.

Access to the highest Diamond status in the program can only be achieved through Status Points. The number of nights spent in Accor hotels does not count.

Each 1st January, the status held is extended until the end of the new year if the number of Status Points or Status Nights acquired during the previous calendar year reaches the minimum required to retain it. If this is not the case, the next lower status is awarded, regardless of the number of Status Points and Status Nights earned (the downgrade is made one level at a time). Points and Status Nights counters are reset on the same date.

Which Accor stays earn Status Points and Status Nights?

To be considered for the Accor Live Limitless loyalty program, the stay must be booked directly with Accor: on the ALL Accor website in particular, or through a partner traditional travel agency. All public and corporate rates are eligible.

Status Points and Status Nights are credited to the ALL Accor member’s account within 7 days of departure from the hotel. For stays overlapping two qualifying years, Status Points and Nights are awarded for the year of check-out.

Beware, certain Accor brands are excluded from the program, in particular the budget Formule 1 hotels and The Hoxton lifestyle hotels. Staying at an Ibis Budget will not earn any Status Points/Nights except in a small number of countries (Cambodia, Georgia, Japan, Mexico, Poland, Russia, South Korea). Some properties in the participating brands are also excluded, see the list of exceptions.

Bookings via online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com or Expedia do not earn Status Points and Status Nights.

ALL Accor Status Points accumulation chart

The number of Status Points earned during a stay in an Accor hotel varies according to:

  • the hotel brand
  • the amount spent.

The following expenses earn Status Points:

  • overnight accommodation
  • room or office for day use
  • meals (breakfast, hotel restaurant and bar, room service, mini-bar)
  • telephone, television
  • treatments in hotels with a “Thalassa sea & spa” centre.

Status Points are awarded to the main occupant of the room. Member may also earn points for a second room (but no more) booked in the same hotel on the same dates, provided that the occupant of this additional room does not participate in the ALL Accor program or does not claim the points to which he is entitled.

The accumulation rate is between 5 and 25 Status Points per EUR 10 billed, depending on the brand.

Status Points are calculated on the total amount paid for eligible expenses, excluding taxes. VAT and local tourist taxes are not taken into account. Any amount paid with Reward points is deducted. Although the chart is expressed per 10-euro increments, Status Points are calculated to the cent. The number of points awarded is rounded up or down to the nearest whole unit.

For example, an ALL Accor member staying 1 night in a Novotel hotel for EUR 140.63 incl. VAT (EUR 125.23 excl. VAT + EUR 12.52 VAT + EUR 2.88 tourist tax) should receive 313 Status Points (125.23 x 2.5).

ALL Accor Status Nights accumulation chart

Each night spent in an Accor hotel, regardless of the property brand participating in the ALL Accor Live Limitless loyalty program, earns 1 Status Night for the main occupant of the room.

Additional rooms and day use do not entitle you to Status Nights.

When a stay is partially or fully paid for with Reward points, Status Nights are awarded.
