The ALL Plus Voyageur card offered to Accor hotel customers enables them to enjoy a systematic discount on room rates in a selection of 22 international brands from all service ranges (Ibis, Novotel, Mövenpick, Sofitel, etc.) and makes them easier to obtain or renew status in the Accor Live Limitless loyalty program. I’ll tell you about the benefits of this card and how it works.
What is the ALL Plus Voyageur card?
The ALL Plus Voyageur card is a fee-based discount card sold by the Accor hospitality group to members of its ALL Accor Live Limitless loyalty program. It provides cardholders a number of advantages, namely:
- 15% or 20% discount on room rates depending on hotel category
- a bonus of 20 Status Nights (ALL Silver status guaranteed)
- guaranteed room availability up to 2 days before arrival.
The ALL Plus Voyageur card costs €199 and can be purchased online. It can be subscribed by an individual, a professional or a company on behalf of a designated person, and can be used for both leisure and business stays regardless of the cardholder’s profile.
It is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. To benefit from its advantages, the ALL Plus Voyageur card must be valid for the entire duration of the stay at the hotel (from the day of check-in to the day of check-out inclusive).
A physical card is sent by post within 3 weeks of purchase. However, you don’t need to wait to receive the card to use it: simply log in to your account on the ALL Accor website, or give your ALL membership number by phone or at the reception desk.
Annual renewal of the ALL Plus Voyageur card is not automatic. You must expressly request an extension for a further 12 months. Otherwise, the card will be cancelled on expiry without any formalities.

Discount on room rates
Holding an ALL Plus Voyageur card entitles you to a fixed 15% discount on the room rate in economy and midscale hotels worldwide. The discount rises to 20% for hotels in the premium and luxury categories. The discount applies to flexible rates and also to the cheaper prepaid rates.

As the ALL Plus Voyageur card is personal and nominative, bookings must be made for the cardholder who is the main occupant of the room.
Bookings must be made through the usual direct channels, in particular the ALL Accor website. Make sure you are logged in to ensure that the special ALL Plus Voyageur rate appears in the choices offered.
It is possible to take advantage of the ALL Plus Voyageur discounted rate on a second room in the same property and on the same dates as part of the same booking.
It is important to understand that the discount granted by the ALL Plus Voyageur card applies to the regular pre-tax rate offered at the time of booking and cannot be combined with any other permanent or temporary discount. In other words, when the ALL Member rate already offers a 5% discount, the real advantage conferred by the ALL Plus Voyageur card is rather an improvement in the discount rate of 10 or 15 percentage points. Similarly, the ALL Plus Voyageur rate is not necessarily the cheapest in all circumstances: at various times of the year, Accor organizes promotional sales and the discount granted during these may be greater than the discount offered by the ALL Plus Voyageur card.
The ALL Plus Voyageur card is the best way to obtain a reduced rate throughout the year for stays booked on the go by the member, regardless of the promotional calendar and associated constraints. Conversely, those who prefer to wait for promotions to book their accomodation will find limited interest in this ALL Plus Voyageur card advantage.
Note that there is a list of properties where ALL Plus Voyageur benefits do not apply, which you can consult here. Hotels in mainland China are also excluded.
Room availability guarantee
ALL Plus Voyageur cardholders are guaranteed a room at the hotel of their choice, even if it’s fully booked, provided they make their reservation at least 2 days before their scheduled arrival date and before noon (hotel local time).
For resorts hotels, hotels with the Thalassa Sea & Spa label and Adagio branded hotels (Access, Original and Premium), the availability guarantee only applies to stays of at least 7 nights.
This availability guarantee only applies to the room occupied by the ALL Plus Voyageur customer (no guarantee of a second room), and the room type cannot be chosen.
When a booking is made on the basis of this availability guarantee, the 15% or 20% discount offered with the ALL Plus Voyageur card is not granted (payment of the full rate).
If the selected hotel is unable to honor this availability guarantee, it may offer accommodation in a property of an equivalent category and will bear any price difference and the cost of transportation between the two hotels.
Note that each hotel may determine dates when this availability guarantee does not apply, due to exceptional events. A search engine enables you to find these blackout days, hotel by hotel and up to 12 months in advance.
Status Nights bonus every year
The ALL Plus Voyageur card entitles you to a bonus of 20 Status Nights to obtain or renew status in the ALL Accor loyalty program more quickly and easily. These Status Nights are awarded the day after subscription and every year after renewal.
10 Status Nights are all you need to qualify for Silver status, the main advantages of which are:
- free late check-out
- welcome drink
- up to 31 Reward points for every €10 spent.
Members at Classic level who purchase an ALL Plus Voyageur card are automatically upgraded to Silver level, which is guaranteed to be maintained year after year as long as the ALL Plus Voyageur card is renewed. They are also two-thirds of the way to Gold status (access threshold: 30 Status Nights).
For members already at Silver level thanks to their stays, the 20 Status Nights earned enable them to reach Gold level. For members who are already Gold or Platinum, the 20 Status Nights granted are as many less to collect in order to attain the next level or maintain the current one. Reminder: access to the highest Diamond status in the program cannot be achieved through Status Nights.
